I picked it up from asda for just £2.50! BARGAIN! It was on offer at the time as it was a new product. I noticed that both number 1 and number 3 were £2.50, but number 2 was £5.00, maybe because it would be the most popular.
This is a picture of my hair right before I started (sorry about looking rough but I was about to put bleach on my hair!):
As you can see it's a mid to dark blonde (I used Nice n Easy Medium ash blonde), which is the closest I could find to the colour of my roots.
So I read the instructions and decided based on the advice from the leaflet that I would take the bleach up to chin level. Here is a picture of all of the products parts previous to mixing:
I applied the bleach step by step going up my hair so that I would have a gradient effect going from very blonde at the bottom to slightly blonde at the chin, blending well with my previous colour.
This was a picture of me with the extra bleach that was left over on after the initial dye.
Although I left the bleach on the ends for the entire 45 minutes I don't feel it came out that much lighter than the rest of the hair, so I applied the leftover product (not much but didn't want to waste it) for another 15 minutes after I had rinsed and dried my hair from the first dye.
In conclusion, it does what is says on the box, but it doesn't go anywhere near as light blonde as the models shown which is a little disappointing. BUT... I am happy with the result and it most definatley is ombred hair! :)
